Welcome to the Practice

We work closely as a team with your referring dentist, but a referral by a dentist is not required to become a new patient. We welcome referrals from patients and friends of the practice. If you are in need of a general or restorative dentist, we can provide you with the names of some of the excellent dentists we work with.

We communicate with you and your dentist, ensuring that your clinical, periodontal, and administrative needs are met as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. We are here to listen to you and to help provide solutions leading to your better health. Periodontal treatment is a partnership between your periodontist, your dentist, any other treatment providers, and you. If you are anxious about receiving care, we have a variety of sedation options available to make your treatment as easy as possible.

Finances

Our goal is to help our patients. We understand that some treatment, particularly in advanced cases, can be a significant expense. If your treatment involves multiple procedures, they can usually be spaced out over time to accommodate your schedule and personal finances.

We are preferred providers with Delta Dental PPO Premier. If you’re a member of another PPO (for instance, Aetna, BlueCross, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Metlife), it’s likely that your insurance will still cover a good portion of your treatment. We will submit all necessary paperwork on your behalf.

If your insurance plan is an HMO or DPO, it will exclusively cover services by providers under that plan. Call the number on your insurance card for providers. We do not accept Denti-Cal or Medi-Cal. If you are seeking a Denti-Cal provider, please click here.

Testimonials

Great practice. Dr. Oh is kind, thorough, and explains every step of the process. If I have a question after surgery I always am able to come into the office right away or talk to her by phone. I highly recommend her to anyone considering a periodontal procedure.

Susan

I have been a patient of Dr. Oh’s for over a year. I had to have gum surgery over 14 years ago and it was not a good experience so I avoided having additional surgery. Finally I really needed to have the surgery. My dentist Dr. Mitchell asked me to meet with Dr. Oh. My first impression was that she is the sweetest doctor ever. She made me feel so comfortable and didn’t rush me into having the surgery. Her staff gave me information, checked my benefits and gave me a break down of the cost and what my insurance would cover. I have had 3 surgeries with her and they have all been painless. Dr. Oh and her assistant keep me entertained during the entire procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Oh and her entire staff is amazing!!!
