Payment is due within 60 days of service. After 60 days, interest will accrue at 5% monthly.
If you have dental insurance, we will gladly submit paperwork on your behalf. If there is a remaining balance, your 60 day grace period will start once your insurance company processes your claim.
If you ever feel that an interest charge was applied to your account in error, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
We can take payment in person, by mail, and over the phone. We accept:
Please note that any appointments we make are specifically set aside for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request two full working days’ notice (we are closed Mondays). Failure to do so will incur a fee.
