Our goal is to help our patients. We understand that some treatment, particularly in advanced cases, can be a significant expense. If your treatment involves multiple procedures, they can usually be spaced out over time to accommodate your schedule and personal finances.
We have the following options to make your treatment feasible:
We are preferred providers with Delta Dental PPO Premier. If you’re a member of another PPO (for instance, Aetna, BlueCross, Cigna, Metlife), it’s likely that your insurance will still cover a good portion of your treatment. We will submit all necessary paperwork on your behalf.
Typically it takes insurance companies 3-4 weeks to determine how much benefit they will cover for any given procedure. When they’ve made their decision, they’ll send written notice to you and to our office. This will explain exactly what your insurance covers, and what your out-of-pocket expense will be. If you have any questions about what your pre-authorization means, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
We do not accept Denti-Cal or Medi-Cal. If you are seeking a Denti-Cal provider, please click here.
We offer financing through the Wells Fargo Health Advantage credit card. This revolving line of credit can be used at participating dental, vision, audiology, and veterinary offices. Financing does not change your fees in our office. You can choose to make regular monthly payments over six months with no interest, or extend your payment over 24 or 60 months at 12.99% APR. For more information, visit WellsFargoHealthAdvantage.com/apply.
If you need to make any out-of-pocket payments, we accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. You can make payments by mail, in person, or over the phone.
If you have questions regarding your payment options, please feel free to give us a call at (510) 522-3545, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
